01. What this covers
These instructions cover data held by Thong Nguyen, Hanoi, Vietnam, as operator of ThongNguyen Publisher at thongnguyen.online and postiz.thongnguyen.online. They apply to workspace data, authorized connection data and support correspondence.
Website theme preferences are stored on your device. Clear browser site data to remove them. Cloudflare may separately process request/security data under its own privacy policy.
02. Request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request — ThongNguyen Publisher.
- Include your workspace email and, if known, the connected platform and account/Page name or ID.
- State whether you want one connection, selected content, support correspondence or your entire workspace account deleted.
- Confirm ownership through an already verified contact or the minimum additional information needed to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Do not send passwords, App Secrets, access/refresh tokens, one-time codes or unnecessary identity documents. Requests are handled by the operator through email. There is no automated request ID or status tracker.
03. Revoke platform access
To stop future authorization, remove the application in the provider’s settings:
- Facebook: review Business integrations or Apps and websites, find the connected application and remove access. Check that you are using the Facebook account that authorized your Page.
- Instagram Standalone: review Apps and websites / Website permissions in the professional Instagram account that authorized the application, then remove it. Menu names vary by device and version.
- Future Google/YouTube connections: revoke through Google account permissions.
Also contact us to stop pending publishing jobs and remove the stored connection. Revoking access, removing a channel and deleting all stored data are different actions; do not assume one completes the others.
04. Process and timing
- Acknowledge: we target a reply within 3 business days and request only necessary ownership verification.
- Stop processing: disable future jobs and token use for the affected connection once disconnection or revocation is confirmed.
- Active systems: target completion within 7 calendar days of a reasonably verified deletion request.
- Backups and off-server copies: identify affected archives and purge or sanitize data where required by platform deletion deadlines. Normal backup rotation is not a substitute for this work. Deleted data must not be restored into use.
- Confirm: reply with what was deleted, any remaining backup action, and any specific lawful retention basis and expiry. Follow up in the same email thread.
If Google/YouTube data is processed later, requested deletion must be completed within 7 calendar days, including affected recoverable copies where required. The Privacy Policy explains retention and the separate revocation deadline.
05. Scope and limits
Deletion can include account details, OAuth tokens, connected account identifiers, drafts, uploaded media, pending schedules, job records and associated metrics within the verified request’s scope. Some actions require manual operator handling; a disconnected or soft-deleted channel is not proof of complete erasure.
Deleting data held by ThongNguyen Publisher does not delete posts, videos or accounts on Facebook, Instagram or another platform. Manage those directly with the provider.
This page provides instructions and is not a Data Deletion Callback API. Use it as the Data Deletion Instructions URL where Meta offers that option. Do not enter it as a callback endpoint: it does not validate signed_request or return an automated confirmation code/status URL.
