01. Scope and eligibility
These terms apply to thongnguyen.online and postiz.thongnguyen.online, operated by Thong Nguyen, Hanoi, Vietnam. Contact: [email protected]. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.
Workspace users must be at least 18 and have authority to manage any connected account or organization. Access is provided by invitation. This website does not collect payments; any future paid offering requires separately disclosed pricing and terms.
02. Service status
The Postiz workspace is deployed and provides a content calendar and media workspace. Publishing and analytics depend on a valid platform connection, granted permissions, account eligibility and available APIs. External Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional access is being prepared for Meta App Review. TikTok and YouTube connections are not offered yet.
Deployment is not platform approval. No view counts, growth, revenue, posting success rate or uninterrupted uptime are promised. Features may change in response to platform rules, maintenance or security needs.
04. Content and conduct
You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for the rights to use media, music, trademarks and personal data. You grant only the permission needed to store, process and deliver the content for your requested actions. This does not authorize resale or unrelated advertising use.
- Follow applicable law and the relevant platform’s content, account and disclosure rules.
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others or bypass quotas, security controls or review restrictions.
- Do not access accounts or collect data without authorization.
- Do not upload confidential files: media is served at public HTTPS URLs so platform publishing APIs can retrieve it.
05. Third-party platforms
ThongNguyen Publisher is independent of Meta, TikTok, Google and Postiz. No platform approval, partner status or OAuth verification is claimed. A connection is subject to the permission and access level actually granted by its provider.
Relevant terms include Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms and Meta Platform Terms. Future YouTube features will also be subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms. Future TikTok features remain subject to TikTok Terms.
06. Intellectual property
Postiz and other software remain subject to their respective licenses. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners. These terms do not grant rights to another party’s code or trademarks and must not be used to imply endorsement.
07. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or valid legal/platform requests, with notice where practicable. You may stop using the service, revoke platform access and request deletion through the Data Deletion Instructions.
The Privacy Policy explains retention, backup handling and verification. Deleting workspace data does not delete posts or accounts on Facebook, Instagram or another platform.
08. Liability and disputes
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Vietnamese law applies, subject to mandatory protections available to you. Please contact us to try to resolve concerns first. Unresolved disputes are handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not restrict mandatory rights to another competent forum.
09. Updates and contact
We will update the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. New data processing will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy, with consent where required.
